How can i build muscle mass.

I worked very hard in the gym with proper diet and protein ,but still I didn't get the muscle mass which I desired .so please guide me in this regard.

For building muscle mass u need a high protein diet( about 3 times ur body weight in gms). Also dont go for high reps. Rather do heavy weights & low reps, not more than 10 reps.

Keep an intense workout with low rest & drink a lot of water.

Building lean muscle mass requires two things:

1. Diet (80% of the game is this)- Stick to high protein, moderate carbohydrate and fat diet but remember to ALWAYS eat above your maintainance calories

2. Stick to compound movements like bench press, squat, deadlift, overhead press, Dips and you will see the results

Be patient. For a natural athelete it takes at least 3 months to show any visible results. Its a journey.
