How can i build muscle simultaneousy loosig fat?

Hey I am 19 years old. I am 5 feet 7 inches long and my weighht is 70.4kg with a fat percentage of 18. I want to build muscle and the same time bring my fat percentage down to 10-12. How can I acheive this goal? How much time will it take? Also some diet and supplementation tips. Thanks.

Ok, Just go to consume Whey Isolate protein with normal diet schedule, Avoid simple carbohydrate and junk foods. Include complex carbohydrate with good protein diet at least to consume 5 to 6 meal in a Day. Proper workout and Balance Diet help to achieve your goal in 3 to 4 months.
