How can i build my abs?

For building abs, you need to do regular weight training, and cardio and abbs workout every alternate day. Add a good quality whey isolate protein, BCAA and glutamine to gain and maintain muscles. Also you need to take low carbohydrate and high protein diet, i.e. include boiled egg whites, boiled chicken/ fish, low fat milk, curd & paneer, dals, soyabean, brown rice, multigrain bread, steamed vegetables, fruits with peels etc).
