How can i build strength and muscle

I am freestyle wrestler i do daily workout can i take creatine for better results

For building strength and muscles, you need to do proper strength workout. Do not take creatine regularly, instead take any good pre-workout supplement and glutamine. That too should not be on regular basis, take it for a month or two before any competition or exam. Then discontinue it while maintenance phase. 
Add a good whey protein supplement and BCAA on regular basis for your workout days, as it will increase your internal strength by gradually building up your muscles.
