I'm 22 years old 176cm tall and 62Kgs in weight. I've tried some weight gainers but they did not show any difference. I want to gain weight and muscles. What should I do? What type of supplement should I take?

As per your height your weight should be around 75kg so i will suggest you to take 3 hourly meals. Do Compound exercise and then you have to take Mass gainer ( Muscleblaze Mass gainer xxl 2 scoop early in the morning 2 scoop oost workout with water 2 scoop before bed with milk) defenitely you will get result. Diet matters alot for the bodybuilding.
