How can i gain weight and mass? which protein powder would suit me the best? my height is 5'6", weight 58kg and age 23

Hi

As per credentials shared by you, your Ideal body weight is 67 kgs, so to gain these extra kgs you can try mass gainer one serving post workout and one serving in between the two meals along with milk. Also, you can consume  banana, dates, almonds, peanut butter and figs in the milk.
