How can i increase my weight and muscles nd can decrease my fat ?

Hello Sir, I m 21 yr old with height 5.7 and weight 59 kg.. And I have been going gym since 8 months and had increase my weight from 56kg to 59 kg and had not taken any supplement till now expect the natural diet. Please suggest me some tips related to diet, exercise and supplements (if require). Because I m really inspire by Faran and Varun dhawan and really want to have muscles and body structure like them. Will be waiting for your reply Sir..

Vaibhav,

According to you height your weight should be around 70 kgs. Take  6 healthy meals in a day and hit your gym minimum 5 days in a week with heavy weight and just 10-12 reps per set. You should go for a mass gainer first which cointain protein:carbs :: 1:5  like ON Serious Mass, DYMATIZE Super mass gainer, ULTIMATE NUTRITION  Muscle juice, MUSCLEBLAZE XXL,BSN True mass 1200, SCITECH jumbo, ABB Extreme XXL, TWINLAB super gainer fuel etc. Also have to
