How can i loss my weight

I am dancer bt whn i stop dncng for few mnth i strt gaining my weight .. So is thr any excercise which i cn do at my home for losng abdominal nd thie weight

Hello, Yes you can do skipping for 10 min minimum, in skipping lots of calories burn like dancing. And it is easily possible at home. Otherwise running, swimming is also better alternate. Take low calorie food when you not dancing and go for high protein and fibre, moderate carbs, little bit good fat about 20%.
