How can i reduce fat from my lower body i have much fat on hips n legs

I don't have much fat on upper body but I'm unable to reduce fat from hips and legs I'm doing cardio in my daily routine . What can I do more ?

Hi Shub,

Check the oil that you are using should be vegetable-based and olive oils are good for you. Limit your carb intake,Give up on all the fried foods.Increase your fibre intake.If you are a non-vegetarian and enjoy Fish, Chicken and egg white. 

Walking is the best exercise for your hips and thighs. Walking up to 4 km per day. Lunges and squats ,Running , jogging, hiking and trekking will help you too. Post workout have whey isolate protein with water. I am sure you will get better result after following these.
