How can u suggest a diet or workout plan without seeing my body type?

if i choose any plan for body building, on which basis you will suggest a diet or workout plan withou seeing myself and how accurately it suits for me?

Hi Ravi,

Your question is valid, we analize body type then only we provide schedule for workout or diet chart, for that we need basic measurement (height, weight, age etc).we calculate BMR and accordingly we prepare diet chart and we suggest supplement as well. While preparing diet chart, workout schedule or supplement suggetion we always keep in mind.
