How can we decrease water level of body ?

 what is the importance of reducing water level? Is this required to take medicines for it??

Pankaj,

Just sweat it out in the gym doing at least an hour of cardio. That will suffice.

Hi,

Train yourself 6 days in a week and do 30-40 minute cadio after workout daily. you can also wear a wind cheater during your whole workout.
