How do i shed my face fat while gaining the muscle size

I am following the scedule of jim stoppani from bodybuilding .com .  From diet to workout I am following each and everything. Results are good in my all body parts but my face fat is increasing I am getting a double chin.   Please tell me how to get rid from this double chin.

Hi Varun,

It's very difficult to achieve targeted fat loss. But there are things that one can do to lose fat at the same time gain muscle. Few points that you can keep in mind next time you hit the gym.

a. Diet is the most important elements for this objective. Switching to 6-7 small meals throughout the day will increase the body's metabolism.

b. One should do intense cardio at least 3-4 times a week.

c. One should also do weight training 3-4 times a week

d. Increase the weights that you can lift as you become comfortable. 

e. Last thing is to figure out the calorie that you are required to maintain based on the nature of your physical activity and it's intensity. The calculation will help you keep a balance.

Hi Varun,

I understand your concern but reducing face fat and muscle gain has no relation . When you are on a journey to loose fat it is achieved throughout the body n even face.For loosing particulary from face you can try some face yogas and neck streching exercises like chin lifts , jaw release,lip pull, rolling the neck ,fish face,XO pose etc .

just chew ur food while eating. chew it more n more tats enuf. evn tat ll help in easy digestion also.
