How does one develop a six pack?

I am 54 years old. Weight 94 kg hieght 186 cm. Body fat at 22%. As my birthday resolution yesterday I plan on achieving a six pack and 12% body fat with 12 months. I exercise a mix of cardio, weights and kettle bell for 4 days a week.

Vijay,

Do your abs workout with heavy weight as well as cut down simple carb , simple sugar, saturated fat, a lot of sodium from your diet, take small and frequent rich protein meals in a whole day.
