Hi

 Eat healthy food, have eight hours of sleep and workout regularly , when exercising do basic compound movements like bench press, squats and deadlifts these are proven exercises to boost testosteron levels.

Include natural food like garlic, olive oil, red grapes, cabbage, pomegranate, egg, milk and oily fish in your diet.
