How i increase my body wight as soon as possible

My body is very slim n I want a blunk body.. I I started jion gym n daily workout but I want fast growth my body.... What will you do I do for it please suggest me...

Hi Sahromi, in order to gain weight as well as muscles, you need to take a good mass gainer, do muscle training 4-5 days a week and take frequent meals having high complex carbohydrate and high protein foods (Like- Brown Rice, Oats, Multigrain Bread, Boiled Egg White, Boiled Chicken/ Fish, Low Fat Milk and Milk Products, Dals & Soyabeans).
