How i should have whey protien??

how much water and huw quantity of protien should be there?? and how many times i should take the protien in a day??

If you do light weight training, take 1 Scoop of whey protein in 300-400 ml Water Post Workout. But if you do moderate or heavy weight training, take 1 Scoop of whey protein in 300-400 ml Water Post Workout and 1 Scoop of whey protein in 300-400 ml Water or milk in the second half of the day.
