How long should you train for?

I have been in the gym for two years and not noticing any difference. How much should I workout? 2 hours or more or less? Plss help.

90 minute is best or 1.5 hrs If you have instance workout with heavy weight then 2 hrs is maximum. Never go longer it destroyed your metabolism and effect on recovery process. 2 hrs include proper warmups and strech for 15 20 min , 1. 5 hrs for intense workout and 15 min for abs.
