How many days will it take to loose 10kgs

Weight loss depends on upon many factors, your height-weight, age, BMR, medical history, genetic history, lifestyle etc. If we talk about a general condition, an average weight loss that occurs is 2-5 kgs in a month. For that, you will have to follow a proper diet and exercise schedule.
 
For fat loss, you need to do more and more of cardio (at least 45- 60 min) on regular basis and slight weight training for the toning of the body. Increase your protein intake to keep the muscle mass retained.
Regarding diet, increase your Fiber (Salads, Fruits, Pulses with Husk, Cereals with husk like oats, daliya etc), protein intake (Egg White, Boiled Chicken, Paneer, Low Fat Curd, Pulses & Soyabean), fluids (Coconut Water, Lemon Water, Buttermilk, green tea & black coffee) and take controlled servings of carbohydrate intake (Roti, Rice, Bread etc). Moreover, instead of having very heavy meals at one time, you should have moderate quantities at frequent intervals. This way food is better utilized in your body and fat is not produced. Avoid Packaged foods (Biscuits, Namkeens etc).
