How many exercises for small and big body parts?

nd how many sets also eg for chest 5x4 nd biceps 3x3? what is the optimal no of reps we should perform

Hi Akshay Exercise selection is requirement of body. What is my weak points? For chest day if u do only chest then 6 exercise is enough eg. Incline barbells press 4x10 Incline dumbbell press 3x10 Decline barbell press 3x10 Butterfly 3x10 Cables crossover 3x10 Bar dips 3x up to failure For bisep if u take single then 6 7 exercise. If u do along with trisep then 4 or 5 exercise is enough. First exercise required 4 set after 3 must and rap range between 8 to 12.

Hi Akshay,

Do a 5x5 for your main body parts (chest, back, legs, shoulders) and 3x8 for any accessory work (arms, calfs, forearms etc.)
