How many times we should work for abdominal in a week?

Can i work 1 day side obliques and another day abbs .. is working alternate daily on differnt sides of abbs will harm? Or should i do both obliques and abbs at the same day.. with alternate rest?

Like any other muscle group they grow most optimally for natural athletes when trained twice a week.
