How much calorie intake and protein do i need ?

Hello sir,                                                                 My body weight is 85kg so how much calories would be suffient for me and how much protein should i take?can you please suggest the schedule diet right from morning till night which will compensate the daily calorie need

Rizwan khan,

You need somewhere around 2800 kcl per day accorning to your weight and 1.8-2 grm per kg of bodyweight protein per day if you are in advance stage of bodybuilding, if you are in intermediate stage then somewhere around 1.5 grm per kg of body weight and please make sure your uric acid is not so high.
