How much protein is essential to get a max result

i m 23 yrs old and have 68 kgs and my height is 5.9 feet and i workout 4 days a week

Hi Pema,

You have not mentioned that you are beginner, intermidiate or expert.

BeginnerBody Weight X 0.8 GM
IntermidiateBody Weight X 1.2 GM
ExpertBody Weight X 1.8 GM

Defenitely you will get result, Still you are under weight, as per your hight 5.9 inch your weight should be around 72-73kg.

Take Whey protein post workout and blend protein in the evening, Multivitamin 2 caps a day, BCAA intra workout,

According to your height your weight should be around 75 kgs i.e you are underweight less than 5 kgs then you should go for lean mass gainer in which protein:cabs:: 1:3 like BSN True Mass, MUSCLEBLAZE Mass gainer pro, SCITECH Jumbo prof., RONNIE COLEMAN King mass, ON Pro gainer etc. Also take 6 rich protein diet and hit your gym minimum 5 days in a week.
