How much protein need for building muscle??

I'm doing workout from 2 years,Have 16.5 inch biceps, I wanna get six pack also and 18-19 inch biceps. please give proper diet plan. My weight 80 Kg With 20% fat.

If you want Six pack you must avoid carb and calories from your diet. Take high protein diets like egg whites, fish, chicken and complex carbs like oats, and whole grain cereals. According to your Height and weight, your body need 150 gm protein in the day.
