How much protein per to maximise result

I have used Dymatize super mass gainer for 2month then Dymatize super amino 6000 + muscleblaze protein for 2month Bye using above supplement I have gain 16kg of weight . now I want to gain muscle mass

If  you are looking for muscle gaining the calorie distribution through out the day should be based on this parameter. 55% of energy should come from carbohydrate(complex) , 25- 30 % should come fromprotein and rest 15- 20% from fat.If you are looking for muscle gaining you need to increase the protein intake which is 1.5 - 1.8 gm per kg Ideal Body Weight. If you are looking for bulking then you can go with blended proteins like BSN Syntha 6, PRO 7 etc.And if you are looking for lean muscle then youcan go ahead with Whey protein or Isolate whey proteins like Muscleblaze Whey Isolate or Isopure Zero Carbs.

Take protein after workout and 1gm protien / weight in kg is maximize result..take along with glutamine or bcaa
