How much protein should i consume when i am on weighloss and weight gain- difference?

Hi , wanted to know the difference in amount of protein and carbs and the workout intensity, sets, reps, weights that i must use to gain weight and lose weight...difference?

Hi,

You need 2 grm per kg of body weight if you are in advance stage in both condition loose or gain weight.
