Hi sandip I recommended green tea after wake up in morning and before workout. Whey protein after workout & mid morning(11am) . "according to evening jym time"

I agree with Vishant that is the best time for green tea as well as whey.

Perfect answer by Vishant but only keeping in mind that you should not consume green tea empty stomach as it is acidic.
