How much to walk to loose weight i am 35 years old n my weight is 79 kgs

To lose weight, you need to walk at-least 10,000 steps a day, This will help you in losing approx 500gm- 1kg per week. Gradually you can increase the intensity and duration of walk.

Try to follow a workout program and diet as per your requirement to get better results.
