How not to lose muscle size and strength during cutting or weight loss period?

How not to lose muscle size and strength during cutting or weight loss ? I am now in cutting phase. I took creatine for 30 days now I want to cut extra fat and go lean and muscular. Please suggest

Hi.

You need to consume whey protein isolate, Tribulus , cla , multi vitamin ,bcaa , glutamine and Musclepharm Assault. Do weight training of 10 - 12 reps . With 10 -12 sets for major muscle & 6- 8 sets forsmaller muscle group.And cardio after weight training.
