How should i include protein powder and creatine in my gym diet?

Hi i been hitting gym for past 4 months.im a hostelite and have food frm canteens and hotels.i recently bought mass gainer and creatine...please help me in how to include these in my daily diet? Im 178 cm tall 75kg weight...and goes gym daily morning

As per your credetial you are 3kg overweight thatn your ideal body weight. You can increase your weight by protein supplement and moderate to high calorie diet. But if you want to gain more weight than this you can choose mass gainer post workout. Creatine can be taken both ways pre or post workout as per your goal.
