How should i reduce my weight and thighs??

I have been gyming before 3 years and was in perfect shape..my weight was 76 kgs at that time. Bt now, my weight is increasing and has become resistant to decrease even if I do moderate workouts. My thighs have become big with lot of fat deposited. My weight is 90.1 kg. Give tips to decrease my weight and thighs.
