How should i train? one muscle group per day or two?

My weight is 72 training from 1 year i want to gain muscle mass so what routine should i follow one muscle group per day or two???

Hi..

Both cardio and weight training plays an important role . You need to target 2 muscle group a day with 8- 10 reps and sets of 4.
