How to be lean transformed?

Hi, m veggie, my weight is 71kg and height is 5.9 feet. I m working out since last november but still no major difference in shape. Also having lill belly fat(waist is 32inch), wante to rid this too. I does intense workout routine but not seing any transforming or muscle gaining result no cuts loook. My body gets fat on very easily, so where i do take very lill sugery things. I want to make body like fitness models specially that biceps and shoulders. Do tell me, what kind of workout  and   diet should have to follow. how to be that shreded guy, and obio urs the inspiration. Do help!

Because you are vegetarian so should take a whey protein first because if I am  talking about all veg sources  of protein it cointains second class protein in it (any one amino acid missed). you should keep in mind that you are able to intake 120-130 grms protein in a day and avoid sodium, omega 6, simple carbs from you daily diet.

Do Traning minimum 5 days in a week with weight & Cardio both (Do cardio after your workout for best results), and also do ABS traning with weight for maximum abdominal muscle growth.

as normal guy i am, so exactly not sure about sodium or omega 6 diets . how to know or got a diet plan, what exactly should to eat in  which amount on time?

Ragwendra,

It takes more than that to see changes in your body especially if you're a vegetarian. The fitness models you speak of are on a high protein diet not to mention other ''supplements''.
