How to be regular with workout and which proteins to take ?????

I m 23.i m not regular on workout.i want to be fit and little muscle gainer.there are lots of protein to take.i m confused which proteins to intake.so pls suggest Nd guide me to get better from now. #i believe lot in @healthkart grt app.

Hi Kartik, if you want to gain muscles and remain fit you need to do muscle training 4-5 days a week.
