Hi Arjun

For overcoming the plateau u need to apply the shock principle. Dont do same workout plan for long, keep on changing it every month. Also try few techniques as strip method, drop set, super set, to shock ur muscle.

Also a keep a high protein diet (about 3 times ur body weight). Good diet will definitely help u to overcome this plateau.

For better help give me ur detailed workout & diet plan at my email.

Hi Arjun,

Increase your calories and stick to your compound movements. If strength is the primary issue here stick to rep ranges of 1-5 and you will see the weight go up. Stick to 5 sets of 5 reps for overall dvelopment.

Hope this helps!
