How to build lean muscle being only vegetarian

Hi, I'm a Vegetarian and want to build lean muscle (as like Tiger Shroff) without using any whey protein or other supplements. Is it possible ?? How to achieve it ?? Diet/Foods to consume only Veg ?? Need guidance. Thanks & Regards ROHIT TANEJA

Hi Rohit,

Firstly let me explain that Whey protein is made from cheese so in fact it is vegetarian and beneficial for you. Celebrities like Tiger Shroff attain such physiques with a strict diet rich in protein (chicken, eggs). I would suggest you to have soyabean and protein rich vegetables like asparagus.

i mean i need a person who guides me how to make sculpted body. i m ready for HARD WORKOUT and have much DEDICATION.

its very tough for a vegan to built such a lean body without supplements but its not impossible too. I'm also a pure veg and in a very good shape i also give online personal training which include personalised diet+ personalised workout plan with supplementation for more info contact me robin bishnoi persnol trainer robinbishnoi@gmail.com

reason i don't want to use supplements is it is hard to find ORIGINAL supplements today as market is full of fake supplements which containes harmful substances like steroids, which in turn affects body in long run. i live in ludhiana and every couple of month police raids into fake supplements shops and cease their products.

what to do ?????? i need personal training ?????

In simple and short : Don't take junked food, cold drinks, sugar. Eat boiled food like tiger Cardio after weight training. Àt last be patience, lean body take sacrifice.

i am training for last 10 years, that's long for patience, and i dont' eat junk foods or cold drinks,

i need personal guidance (as filmstars take) for couple of months, who can monitor and transform my body. can u guide me w.r.t. that ???

Bhai toh ek acha sa gym join Karle aur ek acha sa trainer bhi rakh le.

You say you've been training for 10 years.....If you still don't have a killer physique then you need a proper gym,with a good trainer and proper nutrition.

And supplements will help you grow fast.varna 10 saal aur lag jayenge
