How to build muscle build yp

I finish my cutting so my size decreses to norml person.. I stay in hostel so tell how i gain muscles 8 am i eat oats thn aftr 1 hour i drnk protein 10 am 4 eggs nd 1 brown bread wd peant butter 1 pm lunch 4 pm oats apple permogranate Almonds Thn 5 30 pm gym Thn protein shake..... Thn dinner 10 pm thn sleep Bt no progress in muscles. i strtd gym in novmbr 2014 bt. No chnges
