How to build muscle mass and lose fat%

I maintain active lifestyle. I workout for 2 hrs everyday and eat healthy food. I do cardio 35 mins before and 35 mins after workout. I do weight training for 50mins - 1 hr. I also take 4 sccops of whey protein. With bf, lunch, dinner and b4 sleep. In bf I eat oats , 2 slices of Brown bread, 1 spn of peanut butter. In lunch I take 2 Roti's and 1 cup of raw veggies. Dinner I take 2 slices if brown bread and 1 spn of peanut butter. Also I take fat burner and L carnitine supplement b4 workout. And also cla and multivitamin supplement along with food.

You can't build muscle and lose fat at the same time.
