How to build mussels

I am doing gym last one and half year and taking whey protin and also start to take amino acid (protin 30 gm amino acid 7 gm and 10 egg in all day ) i have seen improvement but not as expected .so my diet is good or should i add some extra in my diet and i am doing one exercises in one day duration 60 min.

Okay. Workout harder. At least 6 times a day. How many exercises of that one body part per day do you perform? At least perform 5 different exercises for one body part. Make sure you are getting at least 1gm per pound of lean body mass for your dietary needs.
