How to carb cycle for fat loss

I want to lose fat. A friend of mine has suggested me to do carb cycling. How is it to be done? I'm just a week beginner at the gym. Could you please provide a me a diet chart on the basis of carb cycle? Height- 170cm Weight- 75kg Age- 19

Carbohydrats are major food source and a key form of energy for most organisms. When combined together to form polymers, carbohydrates can function as long term food storage molecules, as protective membranes for organisms and cells, and as the main structural support for plants and constituents of many cells and their contents..Carbs cycle can either be done for 5 days or 7 days. The amount of carbs taken during the period is 1.5 grams per kg of Ideal body weight. 5-day carb cycling method using 200 grams of carbs as the highest amount on a high day.

 Day-1: 150 grams

Day-2: 100 grams

Day-3: 50 grams

 Day-4: 125 grams

 Day-5: 200 grams
