How to compensate

I work at night throughout the year and that has taken a toll on my energy.Do you have any advice on how to overcome this.Additionally,I workout at home and have been lifting weights for almost an year.Was 115kg and now have brought it down to 82.Due to lack of equipment I cant perform bench press,pull ups and leg press.Can you suggest any exercises which might help to compensate the exercises I am missing out on
