How to develop workout and what to eat?

i am a little skinny weighing around 56kg . want to gain weight about near 65-70 kg. what should be my meal plan for a day and how to workout according to that.

Firstly tell me what is your height? How long you have go to Jym? Is you take any Supliment before? After that I would be more helpful to you.
