How to do a weight loss and bodybuilding if i am having an estrogenic male body

Hi my body type is an Endo marph and also It have naturally excess of estrogen because I have extra fat loaded at chest and around pelvic bone. Also my seat size is proportionally large. My wrists are so thin and same is the case with my legs. So basically I have a little female like body structure. Is there any way to lose weight and build muscles in such kind of body type. Also is there any remedy to make hormone secretion in disired proportion. I would request an experts to help me out. Email : [email protected]

Let me clear some things for you. Gynocomasteia or fat around the chest area is a common thing in puberty or if you are taking steroids. I am assuming you are still going through puberty and are young. Start shifting your diet to a high protein, low carbohydrate and moderate fat diet along with weight training 4-5 days a week and cardio 2-3 days a week. Focus on the compound movements like Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift and Overhead Press.
