How to do cutting session as i have fats in abdomen and lower chest?

I am 5ft 7inches with a weight of 68kgs. I want to cut down now as i have fat in abdomen as well as in lower chest.ryt now m running in the morning and then workout for abs.in the eve i workout for any of one muscle. I am taking muscleblaze whey protein right now. Please suggest me how can i reach my goal to have a lean body..

Take high protein, high fiber and complex carbs in your diet, Avoid Saturated fat,Junk food.

Do 15-20 minutes Cardio after weight training. Use Whey Isolate Protein, BCAA, CLA, L-carnitine, Multivitamin. These all really help you on belly fat.
