How to fast muscle size building

how can I do for fast muscle size building. Give me workout chat .and which supplement I take.and give me diet chat

For fast muscle building U need to take a high protein diet. 

Follow this workout:

Monday- Chest & triceps

Tuesday- Back & biceps

Wednesday- Legs & shoulder

Thursday- Chest & triceps

Friday- Back & biceps

Saturday- Legs & shoulder

Follow this workout only if u can take a high protein diet. For supplements take creatine, mass gainer & whey protein Follow following diet:

9 am- heavy breakfast

11 am- mass gainer shake

2 pm - lunch

5 pm- boiled chicken

pre workout- creatine along with boiled potato

post workout- protein shake

10 pm- dinner

12 am- protein shake
