How to gain bulk legs and strength.

sit i am a sports person, i am playing a weightlifting game last 2 years, but my leg strength is not perfect for this game. i want to bigger legs and thigh power. please help and give me suggestion for fast gain. becoz i will play for the upcoming national weightlifting game. held on last september 17. amit kumar.

Hi Amit

Gaining any muscle takes it's own time. Follow a proper workout routine and train all the muscles of legs respectively. Follow a proper diet with a good combination of complex carbs, proteins and in essential fatty acids like lean, egg whites,oats,whole grains,flaxseeds, peanut butter. Also shakes like banana shake, fig shake, chikoo shake along with walnuts and almonds are good for gaining.  You can use supplements like creatine, mass gainer,omega 3 and multi vitamins.
