How to gain mass as i am 26 and underweight

I need to gain mass and feel very bad on my present body, hope show me some way to lead a happy life.

 On a general note, to gain mass, you need to consume more calories than your body burns, at least 500 plus calories more on daily basis. you should consume something (high protein and carbs) in every 2-3 hours workout heavy and take enough rest to let your body recover and grow. to achieve high-calorie high protein high carbs diet you can use a muscle mass gainer as your post-workout nutrition. creatine will improve your strength and stamina and bcaa will fasten your muscle recovery.
