How to gain mass as my metabolism is extremely high and a hectic work schedule prevents me from following any proper diet.

i'm 5'9.5" tall weigh 67 kg. workout 4 times a week. i have tried mass gainers but no improvement. kindly help.

You need to consume mass gainer twice or thrice a day along with the milk. If you are not able to follow a proper diet, then that choose calorie dense shakes like banana, chikoo shakes. Keep some dry fruits like dates, dry figs, almonds, prunes, raisins along with you and have it whenever you feel hungry.  Consume fruits like banana and fruit custurd, sago whenever available.
