How to gain mass?

I have been working out for more than 4 months, eating real foods, taking supplements, but still i am not geting the desired results. I want to Gain Lean Muscle Mass, been following all the workout regimes, but still results are not even satisfactory. Please guide

Navin,

Just calculate your maintainance calories and make sure you are at least 100-200 calories above that. You are bound to gain weight.

Main focus on workout along with diet, take moderate weight for lean body, maintain your calories intake.. Greater then your ideal.
