How to gain muscle for beginner?

Sir, my age is 21 and my weight is around 55 , as i am skiny so some suggested me to first gain some weight and then hit gym ..please tell do i go to gym or not ? If yes then please tell me the best workout plan And diet plan for beginner , and do i take protein or weight gainer and which one ? Thank you

You should increase your meal intake. At least 5-6 meals a day with the proper amount of protein, carbs and fat alongside regular workout of 5-6 days. For more details read our ultimate skinny guy mass gaining guide.
