How to gain size while maintaining the abs??

When i started working out i was really very thin, so i gained mass and yes i became bulky and got a good size. Now for the last six months I'm trying to get a lean physique with abs and maintain my size. I lost 10-12 kgs and got abs too however I've lost a lot of muscles. Now I'm trying to gain lean muscles so that my abs remain intact and i can gain size. Any suggestions, for gaining lean mass while maintaining the abs... Any diet/exercise program that i need to follow, i really wanna get good quality size now.

Aakash,

Intake 2 g of protein per kg of your body weight for maintain your size with abs and also follow 6 clean and rich protein diet in whole day.
